In my late teens, to early adulthood, my passion was body building. A pursuit in "the perfect body" completing a natural body building show and health issues that came along with it, lead to a deep dive into my own intrinsic motivation, where I realised my super ego was taking over my life. Pulling me away from my true passions and love of life, like surfing, socialising and now triathlon training! My mind flipped into a new set of priorities, enjoying life, and pursuing health, fitness and wellbeing, with this change, a career change, founding PAVE Mentoring and now PAVE Nutrition! As my primary teaching days have decreased, my work with student mentoring and working along side parents to help their teens thrive in not only academics but overall wellbeing, has sparked even more passion! Leading me to where I am now.
I am an accredited Nutrionist - Health and Wellness Coach, Youth Mentor and Educator, with over 6+ years in the education industry, and having experienced the imbalances of health first hand, now a triathlete, body builder and business owner, I am passionate about helping others resolve their health concerns and find a healthy balance with the help of nutrition and wellbeing guidance.

Creating a space for students and teens to have someone to listen to, an unjudged and unbiased ears. Built around a student centred approach, PAVE Mentoring is centred around building genuine relationships to open the mind to self growth and development. When appropritate, we make time to develop strategies and techniques to further improve academic life. Focusing on developing executive function, assessing and building study skills, breaking down, prioritising and structuring tasks.
